PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIGITAL STRATEGY UX DESIGN

SHANGXIA is the Chinese luxury brand, created in collaboration with HERMES.
I audited current shang-xia online presence, defined new digital strategy, design and managed production of new website.
Before working on new website, I prepared a detailed audit of their presence and our recommandations for their new digital ecosystem
Then I designed wireframes for the whole website - long pages with focus on product and story telling with lots of images and videos of SHANGXIA universe. I then managed production with local development team FUEL.
